The Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 August 2026 starting at 11.00am. Venue TBC.

Call for Remits / Resolutions / Other Motions (closes 31 July)
Member clubs are invited to submit remits, constitutional amendments or other motions for consideration at the AGM.
All remits must:
Remits must be received no later than 31 July 2026, being 30 days before the AGM, in accordance with Rule 15.4 of the Constitution.
Remits should be emailed to: governance@wellingtonsoftball.org.nz
Following receipt, all valid remits will be included in the AGM agenda circulated to members before the meeting.
Call for Nominations - Executive Committee (closes 5 August)
Applications are now invited for two vacant Elected Executive Member positions and one Appointed Executive Member position. WSA are particularly looking for people who are passionate about the future of softball and who can contribute skills, experience (particularly commercial, governance, legal, human resources, sponsorship and marketing, game development) and leadership to help strengthen the Association. Due to current circumstances, the Executive are meeting on a fortnightly basis for about 1.5hrs. Each Executive Member is expected to support or lead a portfolio of work which is a time commitment of approximately 5-8 hours per week.

Be submitted by 5 August 2026

Applications will be assessed by the Executive Appointments Panel in accordance with the Constitution.
